What is the full meaning of WOFBEC?

What is WOFBEC about?

WOFBEC is a faith Conference born in worship and intercession designed to address eternal issues and also things that are going on in time. It is prophetic, relevant and an impartation of grace. We pray, we teach and we prophesy. The emphasis will be on God’s Word and the move of the Spirit. There will be 70 Sessions teaching God’s Word. The format will be teaching conferences in the morning where every aspect of the truth will be taught, followed by evening meetings where the ministration of the Word will be combined with the move of the Holy Spirit.

WOFBEC was established in 2013

January 2nd – January 7th, 2024.

Is WOFBEC 2024 free and is pre-registration required to attend?

Attendance at WOFBEC is completely free and registration is not required to attend.

Would medical aid be available?

First Aid service is available for immediate medical needs.

What are the times for the sessions?

(Morning, Afternoon, Evening) 9:00 A.M., 1:00 P.M. and 5:30 P.M.

How do I get WOFBEC messages?

Audio CDs and Mp3 messages for WAFBEC is available at our Media stand during the convention or via the media library.

Can I get private prayers done during the conference?

Yes you can, There is a Prayer room that has been set up for the purpose of meditating and private prayer sessions.

Will I be able to get things to buy at WOFBEC?

Food would be available for purchase at the food court throughout the convention

Would parking space be available?

Parking Spaces has been provided for within and around the Church premises.

Where is the venue for WOFBEC 2024?

The Covenant Place, beside National Arts Theatre. Iganmu, Lagos. The nearest bus-stop to the venue is Costain Bus/stop.

Would the conference be live-streamed?

Yes, it will be. WOFBEC is streamed live on Facebook, Twitter and on YouTube.

For International Attendees

Will the WOFBEC team assist international attendees with Visa applications or invitation letters?

No, WOFBEC team does not provide visa assistance. International attendees should process their Visas and travel details. Visit the Nigerian High Commission office in your home country or website for details on visa requirements. Information about the conference(dates, venue, etc) is available on the WOFBEC website (www.wofbec.org)

How do I get accommodation for the duration of the conference?

There is a list of hotel recommendations on hotel reservations page of the website, visit www.wofbec.org You can also compare prices with Tripadvisor.com, booking.com and Expedia.com for best rates

What is the closest airport to the venue of the conference?

Murtala Muhammed International Airport (LOS) - Located in Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria is closest to the venue of the conference. It is approximately 31 min (17.6 km) drive to the venue of the conference.

How do I transport myself transportation to or from the airport and during the conference?

Ride-hailing services like Bolt (formerly Taxify), Uber. Indrive, shuttlers.ng and Lagos City Taxi are available within Lagos (Nigeria) to take you to and from the airport and the venue of the conference. Pre-booking service is available on Bolt(formerly Taxify) which helps you schedule a pickup time up to 3 days in advance. Ride-hailing services all have mobile apps you can download in advance.


It is important to note that ride-hailing services usually have issues picking up from the airport but there are Airport taxis who take passengers from the airport to their destinations. Airport taxis are usually more expensive than their ride-hailing counterparts, please negotiate the prices. You can also travel in groups to save cost on transportation.

How do I stay connected with my friends and family back home?

Roam your sim before your trip, this way you can use your SIM the same way you would at home, you can be reached at your regular number even when in Nigeria. You can also purchase an internet enabled SIM card at the Nigerian airport upon arrival. Foreigners with visitors visa less than 2 years do not require NIN (National Identity Number) to purchase a SIM card. Network Operators will capture the visa and bio data page of your international passport and give you a SIM card upon payment. This way you can stay in touch with your family and friends all through the duration of the conference.
